LOCATION:

MJM Ranch is located 8+/- miles northwest of Coulee City and 8+/- miles west of the lower portion of Banks Lake in the central eastern region of Douglas County, WA. HISTORY:

MJM Ranch was purchased in 1935 by Lloyd McLean for dry land wheat cultivation and cattle production until 1997 when his heirs enrolled the farm land into CRP. Mr. McLean was recognized as an outstanding conservationist and rancher, recipient of an honorary service award from Foster Creek Conservation District, as well as induction into the Douglas County’s Cattlemen’s Hall of Fame. The family continues his stewardship of this open range and farmland maintaining the Ranch’s facilities and functionality.
