TRACT 1
Tract 1 is listed at the FSA office as 1320 acres of land: approximately 825 acres of crop land and the balance in pasture. All of the land on the south side of Ping Gulch Road is fenced for cattle grazing. A 40x40 shop and attached 40x40 machine shed built in 1986 is included with this tract. Please note the maps included in the Property Information Packets for the easements that cross this property and cross Tract 3 that serve this tract.
TRACT 2 Tract 2 is north of Ping Gulch Road and contiguous to the north property boundary of Tract 1. Access to Tract 2 is via an easement that begins at Ping Gulch Road crossing other property (see surveyor map in Property Information Package). There are several older buildings of no appreciable value located on this tract.
