• Ordering - In addition to our in-house appraisers, we have business relationships with other appraisers in the state of Washington as well as other areas of the country.  We can assist in structuring appraisal requests and negotiating fees.

• Review - Our team has the experience and expertise to review and explain appraisals you may have from other sources.

• Preparation - Ted Potter is a certified general appraiser with considerable agricultural appraisal experience.  His background in agriculture is from both the academic and technical perspective. John Byers has experience as an appraiser and review appraiser.  Merle Booker holds the Graduate Personal Property Appraisal designation, and has extensive experience in all types of personal property appraisals.

• Consultation - In special instances, we are available for consultation in areas involving valuation, development potential, as well as other fundamentals that can enhance the value and marketability of a property.
