The earnest money deposit, equal to 10% of the purchase price, will be required at the close of the auction in the form of a cashiers check made payable to Benton-Franklin Title Company. The $10,000 bidder deposit check will be applied to that percentage.
Cash at closing on or before 30 days, no later than December 17, 2010; or Seller financing. If seller financing option is chosen, a down payment of 30% of the sale price will be required.
